Manager 

Part time: 30 hours per week

Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum (based on full time)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the important role of Manager for the One to One Project in Kings Lynn. This inspiring and successful Mental Health Charity has been at the heart of skilled and supportive Mental Health care in West Norfolk for over thirty-five years. The One to One Project is currently in an exciting phase of planning and development and needs an enthusiastic and motivated leader. You will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as being energetic and enthusiastic with a wholehearted commitment to providing respectful and high quality services to our clients. You will have an ability to think and act quickly and creatively in meeting client needs and promoting change in the organisation.

You are clinically experienced and qualified, an excellent manager with administrative and interpersonal skills, creative enthusiasm and a commitment to working with adults in the voluntary sector.

Volunteer Treasurer/Trustee

The individual will join the One to One Project’s Board of Trustees and become the charity’s treasurer. The current Board is relatively small and comprises both clinically and non-clinically trained individuals. The role will require focus on end of year accounts, bookkeeping, payroll, staff pensions and financial projections as well as contributing to the overall smooth running of the project alongside colleagues on the Board.

Trustees meet on a monthly basis and the role holder will be encouraged to attend as many meetings as possible to become an integral part of the team.

Volunteer Minute Taker

The volunteer minute taker will have excellent administration skills and word processing skills. They must be available to attend monthly meetings, usually on a Thursday evening, with a board of four trustees.

Also attendance to an annual general meeting.
