Group Work provides an opportunity for participants to collectively work towards gaining the tools and techniques to maintain personal wellbeing in their day to day life.
This supportive group environment is run by one or two trained and experienced facilitators focusing on the following topics in 2015:

- Conquering Anxiety & Becoming More Assertive
- Anger Group
- Finding Your Voice
